Frequently Asked Questions

How many people work here on a typical day?

There is no typical day, but if there isn’t a larger meeting happening, there are usually at most 2–3 people working at open desks at the same time, as well as people in private offices. It’s also possible you will be alone, depending on the time of day, though we have security cameras and other monitoring for your safety.

Do you have private work spaces?

Yes. We have small privacy pods where one person can work or take a video call, private offices available as monthly plans, and one private office available for hourly or daily rental through our app.

Do you have private meeting spaces?

We have conference and training rooms of various sizes. Browse spaces on our app to see them.

Can I meet with a client?

Yes, some of our private offices are large enough to meet with a client.

Who did the custom woodwork?

Craig Grabhorn (c.Cal) is a Wisconsin-based design and build studio, designing objects, spaces, brands, and experiences.

Who made the space information signs?

The Rumblepop Design Company is the studio of Chris Jarosh, a designer, developer, and printer in Madison, Wisconsin.

Can I host a meetup or event?

Absolutely! We offer a good rate for booking the entire office, or smaller meetups can be booked through the normal app reservation process. Let us know about your public meetup and we’ll help advertise it. Charitable organizations can host at no charge, subject to approval.

Can I present from a laptop?

Yes. Our meeting and training rooms feature wall-mounted monitors you can connect to, wired or wirelessly. Some rooms also have a wall-mounted camera and speaker for hybrid meetings.

Where do I park?

Anywhere in the public lot in front of the building.

How do I get in?

Use door 1, the leftmost set of double doors as you face the building. Weekday open hours are typically 9–5, but we may not always be staffed. With a reservation, open the app on your phone within 15 minutes of your booking to see the unlock button. If all else fails, call the number on the door.

How do I pay?

Your balance is shown on the Billing Accounts card in the app and is not due until the day of your visit. We email an invoice that you can pay online by card, via ACH, or by check using the secure drop box. Contact us for current payment instructions.
